Product Description The Methylcobalamin and Cyanocobalamin Difference, it comes down to one molecule. The methylcobalamin has a methyl group (carbon and hydrogen) while the cyanocobalamin has a cyanide group. Obviously cyanide is not something you would expect to find in your vitamins.
